Don't see anything wrong here because that's what Fox is all about, entertaining. They don't cover news, they promote and/or entertain. In order to keep their audience and ratings at the #1 spot, that is what they must do. It has became just a big circus show.
It was CNN that 'bout 2 yrs ago, showed video of the Islamic Radicals firing on our troops from the Radicals point of view. It seemsthat everyone forgot that & that the Democrats was against civil rights movement. Do your research...
LBJ and a majority Democratic House of Representives
chaired by Emmanuel Celler, a Democrat from New York. and in the Democratic majorty senate to the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Senator James O. Eastland, Democrat from Mississippi.
So it looks like you are not only a idiot but either a liar or a Fucking loser that can't even GOOGLE a historical bill!!!
The bill came before the full Senate for debate on March 30, 1964 and the "Southern Bloc" of southern Senators led by Richard Russell (D-GA) launched a filibuster to prevent its passage. Said Russell: "We will resist to the bitter end any measure or any movement which would have a tendency to bring about social equality and intermingling and amalgamation of the races in our (Southern) states
After 54 days of filibuster, Senators Everett Dirksen (R-IL), Thomas Kuchel (R-CA), Hubert Humphrey (D-MN), and Mike Mansfield (D-MT) introduced a substitute bill that they hoped would attract enough Republican votes to end the filibuster. The compromise bill was weaker than the House version in regard to government power to regulate the conduct of private business, but it was not so weak as to cause the House to reconsider the legislation
In the first decades after Reconstruction, when white Democrats regained power in the state legislatures, they began to make voter registration more complicated, to reduce black voting. With a combination of intimidation, fraud and violence by paramilitary groups, they turned Republicans out of office and suppressed black voting. From 1890 to 1908, ten of eleven states ratified new constitutions or amendments that effectively disfranchised most black voters and many poor white voters.
From 1890 to 1908, white Democrats in legislatures passed new disfranchising constitutions that completed provisions for making voter registration and voting more difficult. Most blacks and many poor whites were disfranchised, a condition which the state legislatures maintained for six decades into the 20th century.
The leading white demagogue was Senator Ben Tillman of South Carolina, who proudly proclaimed in 1900, "We have done our level best [to prevent blacks from voting]... we have scratched our heads to find out how we could eliminate the last one of them. We stuffed ballot boxes. We shot them. We are not ashamed of it
@DaFinisherBX Even if the Repubs wrote it. you still need to look at the history of the party post that bill passing to understand how the racists got stolen from the democrats and are now nice and cozy in the Republican wing. But when Lyndon Johsnon signed the 2nd Civil Rights legislation contd....

During the Barry Goldwater vs Lyndon Johnson election this sealed the deal with blacks and the Democratic party. And if there were any who weren't sure when Democratic George wallace contd..
@DaFinisherBX tried to stop the desegregating of school ran on an independent segregation presidential ticket in 1968 eventually switched to the Republican party the entire south Democratic states were now Republican. And the Republicans wanted to secure the racist votes of the south so they ran the (research this) the Southern Strategy. So they wanted to out racist the racists lol! So they took their policies and repackaged a lot of them to appeal to the racists of the south. contd......
@DaFinisherBX Ronald Reagan jumped on this really fast by first stating that he would have voted against the Civil rights legislation of 1964 ( it might not be 64 i'm kinda rusty) And he started his campaign in Philadelphia, Mississippi to make a strong statement. That was the place where the 3 civil rights leaders were killed for registering black voters. No one starts in that place. GB doesn't even believe what he says. He is not an investigative reporter, he readily admits that as he did on the View. MH is a very nice man, absolutely, but his views arefar too conservative for my tastes.
i understand wht you mean when it comes to MH. this is the sole reason why i'm not conservative; i'm a libertarian. MH is what i would call a true conservative. the religious aspect of conservatism is what kills the GOP(and bush). oh, and yes, GB believes what he says. he was the one who started the 9-12 project.
But then there's that tape of Beck saying "You know, it took me about a year to start hating the 9-11 victims' families" in 2005 on his radio program. He's exploiting 911 for ratings. There's nothing wrong with being libertarian, either. Penn and Teller are, and I listen to them like christians to gospel, lol
First of all, let me start this by say I am a conservative so you won't think I am just liberal biased.
Beck is about as wacky as the 9/11 "truthers" he hates so much. He's always trying to link this guy to that guy in some twisted "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" kind of way. He mixes enough truth with his rants that you don't catch his embellishments. He's the conservative version of government conspiracy theorists. That's why people don't like him.

@integral Every station, including MSNBC, reports on the Tea Party. They just don't PROMOTE it. There is a huge difference. In one case you are a news organization , in the other you are part of the story you're reporting. Can you tell the difference?
Is Fox News ACTUALLY saying that? I tend to channel surf between the 3 main cable news networks. I must have missed them telling people that they don't want lower premiums.
Dear CNN - you spent all summer putting an extreme leftest reporting slant on town hall meetings and tea party events. Because you had a few reports on the 9/12 march, you want me to be impressed. Your newscast is still a leftest joke.
The gold standard of journalistic impartiality is as impossible to execute as it is undefinable. It is (something similar to), reporting ONLY what the majority of (some number) of impartial AND partisan people witnessing the same event would AGREE happened.
In this case, the journalist would have to report the actions of his producer as contributory to the event.
Fox News DIDN'T... another news organization DID... and Fox News' ad asserts that the opposite is true.
I've seen FOX producers behind the cameras whipping up the crowds at protests. This was just caught in front of the lens. THAT's what was the "inexperienced" part.

Those people were already there, to protest grievances with BO's leftist plans.
It's not like Fox dragged them there & made them holler.
Is it wrong to agree with & support the protesters?
Yelling, like at a game, is far different than the purported violence, which isn't happening.
Almost all violent protest have come from the left.

I'm not sure what you are asking. I didn't really say something that "how" could be asked.
You might be wondering about "what" past leftist violent protests.
Well, 3 particular types of riots in the past came from the left: war, race & unions.
FNC is not inciting violence or coercing people to object to big government.

Dear CNN - you spent all summer putting an extreme leftest reporting slant on town hall meetings and tea party events. Because you had a few reports on the 9/12 march, you want me to be impressed. Your newscast is still a leftest joke.

It's funny, the left hates FOX News so much, but
yet they watch it more then the average person lol.
ProCarbine1 2 years ago
That would be more "than" the average person.l
And I still love that manly, virile channel name.

wtf are you talking about? whodo you think ABC,CNN,MSNBC, NPR, and the rest are controlled by? the left wing.
megaminxmaster 2 years ago
Indeed. Conservatives have almost every single anchor in America. All the left has is MSNBC's 7:00 and 8:00 (Central) slots.

LOL, neither are fair and balanced, they represent different sides.

Fox News DIDN'T... another news organization DID... and Fox News' ad asserts that the opposite is true.
voyeurdug 2 years ago
and Fox News asserting that the opposite of reality being true is pretty much all they have.

She was smart enough to wear dark glasses. I don't want my family to know I'm a call girl and/or work for faux news.

CNN got pwned. Fox posted the ad to get a response. Now CNN just gave Fox free ad time.
likes2p 2 years ago 5
and the best part is that fox is right. NONE of the other networks covered any of it. CNN covered it for about 1-2 minutes, and that was it.
megaminxmaster 2 years ago
You are wrong. Not even the gray area kind of wrong, like the 100 percent provable kind of gullible buy anything you're told kind of wrong.
DawnOfTheLiberalDead 2 years ago
wrong about what?
megaminxmaster 2 years ago
BS!
I've seen FOX producers behind the cameras whipping up the crowds at protests. This was just caught in front of the lens. THAT's what was the "inexperienced" part.

LOL. Owned.

This was no accident. This was creating the news.
