  • I think i projected once. But maybe i was only immagining it.

My plan as to visit loved ones, cause i missed them and love them.

  • i have normal dreams but then i see something scary(first a witch, then a red demon and more) and when i snap out of it all i see it white in my eyes and i cant move my body....

not so scary i think its normal

    .

    .

    .

    .

    but something really freaky happened

i saw there were two little twin sisters calling me , i woke up and say myself floating! in air ....

they were actually calling me and i tried to go, but when i snapped and became conscious i went into my bodies and couldnt move myself

  • A person I know said to me "you have to give yourself to demonism for it to work". Can you respond?

  • @GowerEntertainment when I lay down to meditate in order to achieve astral projection I am trying to reach the sleep paralysis? I meditated today, than I got up for a couple of minutes. I went to take a nap and had sleep paraylsis. I still do not understand if the sleep paraylisis is the "vibrations" that, for example, Robert Monroe mentioned in his book. I mean, what should I wait for when I lay down to meditate? What I understand is you stand still and try to stay awake. Thats what I do.

  • well I was meditating a few minutes ago. I used a 30 minute guided meditation audio, and after about 20 minutes, my heart started beating so hard and fast like if was going to explode, and I also had a feeling of "expansion" with each breath I took, like a baloon or something.

  • @alxlief That's a good sign. When you get to the point that you feel like your heart is racing and about to beat out of your chest, that is the first stage, in which, your body starts going through the shut down cycle. Technically, your heart feels like it is racing, when in fact it is slowing down. Most people are not awake to notice this stage, except through meditation and astral projection. Stay with it and fill me in on your experiences.

  • @GowerEntertainment I'm meditading everyday. This afternoon nothing different happened. I took a nap after it and had sleep paralysis 4 times in sequence. I know when I'm in the "state" that sleep paralysis comes easily, than, after the first time, I kinda induced the other three. Also, nothing special happened.

  • @GowerEntertainment I have an important question, is it possible to leave the body while listening to these guided meditations? because how am I gonna know if I'm out of my body when I'm still listening to the guy's voice and my eyes are closed? I mean, how do I know if I'm floating near the ceiling or still lying in bed? Everytime I opened my eyes I was still in bed... thank you!

by the way, this is the audio I'm using: /watch?v=C7lyIDuxtrk

  • @alxlief You have a lot of good questions. Let me start off by saying, don't ever stop learning. I will touch on a few things: 1. Yes, you can project with the right sound frequencies playing steadily through the entirety of your session, but voice guided sessions are to be used to get you, primarily, in a relaxed state, but should not continue after you have relaxed, or you will find yourself asleep.

  • Secondly, You WILL KNOW, when you have left your body. It is unmistakable. The astral realm is more vivid than your own 3D realm. When you get to the point that you project, with your spirit awake, the body will start to go into a shut down sequence. When it has completely shut down, your spirit will feel as if it was pushed out, or released. As the body starts to shut down, your physical eyes will not open at all, but at this point is when your third eye begins to open.

  • The trick is to remain focused and calm and to ignore the body as if it were not there. The body has a natural instinct to protect itself, this includes protecting itself from the spirit. So the body will send signals to test whether you are asleep or not before it goes through the process of shutting down. For example; a sudden itch or sensation to want to roll over or change positions. If you respond to these temptations, the body will prolong shutting down.

  • There are many people that project or have projected and do not even know it. The reason for this is their spirit is still semi-asleep. As a projector, you will find other people projecting at the same time you are. You can always tell a projector that does not know they are projecting, because they just stand in one place as if they are asleep standing up. You can interact with them but they don't respond. You find them everywhere and sometimes it's fun to move them around.

  • So, to make a short story long, when your spirit is trained and disciplined enough, you be able to stay focused and completely aware from the time your body lies down to the point that your spirit is released. When you return to your body, whether you are pulled back because your body is being disturbed or you choose to return, your memory of your projection will be fully intact.

  • @alxlief Don't give up. You are having very good success. You are right at the line. Just keep your focus and work on trying to move the spirit not the body.

  • @GowerEntertainment I think that's exactly what I have to do... but I'm still unable to "feel" the difference between my physical body from my astral body. I have a feeling that once I "notice" the astral body things will be a lot easier. Thank you so much for your attention, you're really helping me!

  • @alxlief could you tell me some things I can learn in the astral realm that apply to the physical? like some sort of knowledge of any kind... I want experience, to learn more and more about our own world, universe, history, philosophy, physics. I want to learn and be a better person.

  • @alxlief For starters, one of the most important things you learn is that your view of reality is greatly expanded. Your views on life change in an instant as is your fear of death goes completely away. When it comes to physics, for example, you start to understand the distinction of molecular structure and energy, the attributes of physical matter and energy become almost like child's play. As for the world, universe, philosophy and history... Well, that is a very deep conversation.

  • @GowerEntertainment thank you. Ive been practicing meditation everyday, but I still haven't reached the vibrational state through meditation, the maximum I reached was that state when you start losing control of your thoughts, and suddenly you're like "OMG why the hell were I thinking that". I don't know if its a good sign. I'm also reading Robert Monroe's book Journeys Out of Body, it is a great book and its making me more excited about astral projection, hope I can experience it very soon.

  • @alxlief caught myself falling asleep today, like when you're about to fall asleep and you suddenly "wake up" again. I don't know if I am right but is this the state called hypnagogic state?

  • I think what's preventing me from astral project is FEAR and DOUBT. when I was a kid, I saw a ghost in my bedroom door. It wasn't scary but it scared me a lot. It was a girl, it was blue, some sort of "glowing blue energy", it was floating and kept starring at me. I'm really afraid of ghosts and I would freak out if I see "anything" in my room again. I started meditating now, i DONT KNOW IF IM DOING IT RIGHT. That whole "imagine a ball over your head" thing. it's really confusing for me..

  • @alxlief You are correct in assuming that fear and doubt prevent you from projecting. Some that have projected for the first time, sometimes become frightened when they see their body lying there and this fear sends a energy signal to the body to retrieve the spirit, or in other words, wake up and help. The down side to this is that the memory of the experience is stored away, thus preventing them from achieving future projections, out of fear based on muscle memory.

  • I believe that everything happens for a reason. I had my first sleep paralysis a few years ago, and it scared me a lot. I had no idea what it was, I thought I was dying. one day I was watching "UFO Files" (I love UFO stuff) and they mentioned sleep paralysis, that some people think they're being abducted. and I was like, OMG, this is it! than I went to the computer and googled it. and this was how I discovered astral projection. I'm 16 now, and I feel like I need to astral project..

  • @alxlief Feeling like you need to project is a natural instinct of the spirit. Your spirit is getting restless, like a caged animal. It knows there is more out there, but just can't figure out how to get the body to let go. This is all accomplished through training and understanding. Learn as much as you can and experiment with different techniques. Most importantly, you need to remove your fear.

  • What sleep paralysis is, is when your body has gone through its shut down sequence and you were so preoccupied that you never even noticed. Yet your spirit is still awake and you are trying to move your body, when if fact, at that point you need to just move your spirit and stop trying to take the body with you. Negative energy will cause the spirit to feel as if it can not move. And when this happens, its best that you try again or change your energy with thought pattern.

  • can we LEARN while astral projecting? I mean, if I chat with some entity and it teaches me something, will I wake up the other day knowing it? can I use astral projection as some kind of school, to learn more and more about any subject, like if I learn in the real world? If someone teaches me in the astral, how to cook rice for example, will I be able to wake up the next day and cook rice? this is one of the main reasons that I want to astral project, I want to learn.

  • @alxlief You are correct again. What you learn in the spiritual realm, you will remember in the earthly realm, with exceptions. Those exceptions being, as long as they don't go against the laws of nature. For example, your spirit can fly on its own, but your body can not. So even though you learn to fly in the spiritual realm, your body will not be able to accomplish this with you. You will still feel like you can, but again, your body becomes quite the anchor.

  • Hi there, I have been trying to AP for awhile now I have yet to have this exciting experience I have practiced many a times and nothing seems to happen.. I use to hear ringing sounds in early practice but not anymore and now it just seems I lay there with my eyes closed for hours on end tell I eventually pass out. I have researched and fell upon your videos which seem filled with advice and I am going to try this evening again fingers crossed. Anyways thank you for the videos you have posted!

  • If you need help, I will gladly guide you. There was always someone to help me, when I was learning how to control it and understand it. And Astral Projection is, to me, the most awesome experience in life. So absolutely, I would love to help you.

  • thanks for the video...i would really love to master the art of astral projection...will you be willing to help me?
