For anybody that still does not understand.Bend your knees low and setup for the scoop/pop of the board for 360 shuvit once you scoop the board and its at a 90 DEGREE angle. Flick your front foot off the side of the board slightly. To much flick and you will over flip the board . Focus more on your scoop than your flick of the board and remember to jump high so the board has room to flip. Keep your body and eyes over the board the whole time. and land it
