I remember this. So sad! I remember when she was in pain, the viewers thought she was pregnant but it was pretty much the exact opposite.

The actual funeral isn't as bad, well sad as her "last night" that was it for me, her time with Nicole, her last moments with Aden, her goodbye with Aden, telling him that "he'll be fine", gah, makes me sad just thinking about it :(

Why are Aden and Belle not talking much? Does Belle tell him she's ill?

He finds out the night before because Nic finds Belle passed out on the floor and takes her to the hospital, then Aden keeps asking her questions and then Nic tells Aden that she's at the hospital. Hence why he's late to the wedding, he's trying to work everything out
