When you are a short, petite girl most will wear heels almost exclusively from a very young age. Heels not only give them a few inches in height, but let's face it, women look better in heels. It's apparent Kelly Ripa is very comfortable in heels, and has had lot's of practice. Being petite makes it a lot easier on their feet.
