Haha, there's no way your going to get it down in just a couple of minutes. I'd say get studying on the tabs or notes because it's going to take a lot of practice to get it down by ear. If you can do an ace cover of Pain Divide, I will see you as the greatest punk guitarist in the world.

...And Out Comes The Wolves was the first present day punk band I ever got, and to this day, it remains one of the greatest albums I have ever heard in my collection of almost 600 records.

Make sure when you cover a song you don't try to be like the band, but instead try to go with your own flow and play the song in the way that makes you feel good. I'd recommend try pitching down your voice as toning it up is pretty hard. I like the vocals at the ending though.
