I think this music video has an amazing meaning. In my opinion, the windmill, and Noodle, represent some kind of Mental Freedom, perhaps childhood innocence or uniqueness. Those helicopters represent Media, and all the terribleness it brings as it dumbs down society.

As the Windmill comes crashing down, Society gains another drone.

If you watch the Feel Good Inc. Video I think that also relates to this theory. Perhaps all those in the tower are the ones dumbed down? Hmm I dunno...

@TheGremlindude i agree i interpret the windmill as a persons mind and that noodle is the stray thought of freedom that the media doesn't want to escape and that wants to control so they force it back inside over and over, breaking the mind down (when the helicopters smash the windmill) and then ultimately bring the mind down to their chosen level (when the windmill falls down)

El manana is probably the most saddest songs I've listened to and the film clip is just visually stunning.

But as for all these conspiracies, let me get this straight.

The helicopters in El manana are different from Feel good inc, because they were after Murdoc. It wasn't until after filming that anyone realised it was real.

Noodle was supposedly dragged to hell, and Murdoc tried looking for her. He was unsuccessful. But Noodle is in fact alive, and appears in phase three wearing a mask.
