I'm going to do a CSM army, using the Battleforce, a DP, a Lord with Wings, and an Extra Chaos Rhino, then I'll add 2 scavenged rhinos and 2 preds from my SM chapter, and either a Defiler or Chaos Vindicator... that part depends on whether the Lord will fit in a Rhino with his wings...

anyone know at MWG? if a rhino will haul a lord in power armor, that has wings?

OMG TYPHUS IS SO FRICKING BEAST!!! sadly im Khorne. im kinda new to warhammer, just now getting my codex, but i already have a vindicator, 7 posessed marines, 8 khorne berserkers, 17 chaos spacemarines, 20 bloodletters, a Rhino, abbadon, a chaos sorcerer, a raptor, 2 furies, and 5 terminators, who have proved to be GREAT at assaulting, plus a sanctum imperialis. Though the reason i consider myself new is because all i've played is a 200 pt killteam, and im still assembling my vindicator.

@subhumanmaster metal is much harder to customise and mod because you can't just clip and trim it with a hobby knife, it requires different glue, which isnt nearly as strong as plastic cement. Paint tends to chip on metal models easier as well.

That and metal models tend to break if they are accidently dropped where plastic ones have a better chance of just bouncing.

@eatingrockshurts yeah i would have to say tau get it pretty bad of as well but as long as they can keep the enemy at range they are very effective, i faced them not to long ago with my necrons and got phased out to their fire power but it was fun for me to watch tau suits fall back from necron lord with a warscythe but i think that was a factor of a smart player most people take him on head long and look shocked when i tell them the wounds he causes are unsaveable even to invul saves lol

...could also just use the forgeworld nurgle torsos&heads. word of caution though, no legs or arms or backpack things, so you'll have to do those on your own. Also, some are really fat, hard to fit bolter on

Dark Eldar are a pathetic army. Chaos is unique and very vivid in it's model range. I'd suggest it. I also noticed that Khorne can be very easily linked to metalheads and metal music. Nothing wrong with that of course. :)

Oh. I'm sorry if that sounded strange. They actually are a very solid attack army that can move around other with easy and wipe out Ork mobz in a two turns. Very powerful and versatile indeed. The model range, I meant, was very pathetic and some what outdated. It's sad that they're and ignored army.

Hmmm. That's a nice wager. But depending on what biomorphs are on the 'Stealers and how they're played and how well the assault phase goes they might just beat Berzerkers. But I think Berzerkers would win, not enhanced, due to the low save of the Genestealers and the higher save of the Berzerkers.

Well, first buy a lord. Since you have berserkers and plague marines I assume your doing Black Legion or another undivided legion, Id suggest Terminators too, and a Dreadnought, and also perhaps a squad of raptors. If you want, get a Daemon Price instead of a lord, or a Sorcerer.

So all you have is 35 Plague Marines, 1 Predator, 1 Vindicator, 2 Rhinos, 1 Land Raider, 1 Typhus Herald of Nurgle and that is 2500 points?!?That is like impossible lol.
