it's always so tempting to shoot it in your own net. i mean the goalie is just standing there with just a beautiful big opening to put it in and there is no defenseman to stop you. the goal is just lookin at you saying " put a dent in my netting..." it looks like this guy gave into that temptation...

k so this team in my league only tied 2 games in the entire season.... so we were winning 12 nothing and there was 3 mins left in the game the faceoff was in their end the centre then told me to watch how bad his goalie is so i let him win the face off and he turned around and put the puck slowly into the net .... best game ever :)

Player was probably trying to ring it around the net hard, for some unknown reason (were they on the PK?) , but made contact with the puck and a bad angle. It looks like he may have hit the puck at the toe of his stick and hooked in a bit. Poor decision, but plain bad luck is to blame here.
