  • and could u suggest some , triceps , chest and latt work out with dumb bells . i dont got time for gym so i work out in home . i have a pull up bar to and i have the abb exercice board kinda thing .

  • @Lawliet3300 The best way I have found, and I have big triceps so I don't work them specifically anymore but if you do a traditional tricep kickback, but I like to hold a weight plate. When you get your arm back to the completely straight position, turn your palm to face the ceiling. That will really hit that inner/back portion. Let me see if I can find a video of that.

  • @OptimalFitJen Hey Jen , i eat 6 meals a day i have a question, I do put on muscle fast, I lift very heavy, i have been doing so for 6 years now i am 23, my muscles donot show very well, so people aren't sure if i even workout as hard as i do i eat alot of protein 20 grams every meal and healthy carbs, millet, quinoa etc...I make green smoothies as well. but i want my muscles to be more showy. what should i do!!

  • Thanks! Too sweet of you! Actually, I usually do concentration curls with dumbbells. I do like the difference in grip with a kettlebell though occasionally. I like to do isometric holds with the KB's too.
