  • thanx for having this up here!!

  • Saw them supporting Saxon at Hammersmith Odeon in 1980. My first ever gig, and so, the first live band I saw. My memory is that during the gig, they all froze like statues at one point, and someone dressed as a cleaning lady came on, and dusted them down with a feather duster :-) Also remember someone in what looked like a full length nylon body stocking, wrapped in chains, being dragged across the front of the stage. Is my mind playing tricks?

  • I remember seeing this band a few times when they were a 3 peice with the Scrimshaw brothers and one played a double neck with bass and guitar - epic stuff.. Saw them at The Cherry Tree in Runcorn, The Lion in Warrington and again at Liverpool Empire supporting Saxon.. I always considered LIMELIGHT were a shit hot band and should have been bigger than they were but Punk came along & shagged it up for everybody, uncluding me! Bummer. Great band & great single.. Still have the 7" in my collection.
