i think that you need to use an expression chip

inputs: W S

Outputs: Go

Line 1: W == 1 -> Go = 1

Line 2: S == 1 -> Go = -1

if you do that it should work, you also need a adv. pod controller

The expression chip is better, but you can work around it with some gates.

You need 1 for forward, 0 for stationary and -1 for reverve.

Take the values from your input W and wire it to an add chip.

Then take the value from your input S and wire that to a negate chip, THEN wire the negate chip to the same Add chip as before.

Now you have a value on the add chip that idles at 0, is 1 when W is pressed and is -1 when S is pressed. Unless I forgot something anyway, wire is easier in person :P.
