I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are a troll, but in case you aren't: once you know the chords and the strumming pattern, most people can just observe when the chord changes happen by watching when his fingers move or by listening to the song. But here he even spells it out for you at 5:09: "Down, Down, Down-Up-Down-Up. ... That rhythm pattern happens one time for the G, one time for the C, but two times for the D."
