You make some good points. Perhaps "dismantle" is a bit overstated, but Pac has power as well, so the 8 oz. makes it equal. I don't think the 145 lbs. is going to be a major factor, because Pac keeps adding pounds naturally. Also, don't forget Pac Man is a southpaw and awkward. Cotto's left hook will land on the elbow and arm a lot, and Manny will counter with his left. Not saying he's going to knock Cotto out necessarily, but he should definitely win this fight.

David Haye barely beat Valuev by who was slow and Haye has already been knocked out at cruiserweight,David Haye is a great cruiserweight but at heavyweights he probably woud lose to alot of heavyweights like Alexander Povetkin,Samuel Peter,James Toney,Haye barely beat Valuev and I think Tomasz Adamek,Chris Arreola and Ruslan Chagaev would beat him,I dont think Haye is ready to fight either of the Klitsckos,the Klitschko brothers have owned the heavyweight division for 6 years now.

Since everyone's making comparisons of performance against mutual opponents, check this out. Marquez had two close contests against Pac. As a matter of fact, many analyst thought that Marquez beat Pac both times. Floyd OWNED Marquez. Neither Floyd nor Pac has fought anyone with the speed of the other. Floyd has much better defensive skills between the two. Pac only knows one way to fight, while Floyd can adapt to his opponent's style. I give the advantage to PBF.

@deb2253 The biggest mistake the Cotto camp made was to measure Pacquiao based on his fight with Marquez which was a different Pac Man than he is today. If all his opponents will always assume he is a one way fighter even up to now, then that's a gambit they are biting.

Zab Judah showed exactly why PBF will have big problems with Manny (southpaw with power), and let's face it Pac Man throws much stiffer shots than Zab. The reality is "Pretty Money" will probably find a creative way to duck Pacquiao. But, if you truly, truly want to be consider the best, you have to fight the best. And right now.... that's Pacquiao.

You make some good points. Perhaps "dismantle" is a bit overstated, but Pac has power as well, so the 8 oz. makes it equal. I don't think the 145 lbs. is going to be a major factor, because Pac keeps adding pounds naturally. Also, don't forget Pac Man is a southpaw and awkward. Cotto's left hook will land on the elbow and arm a lot, and Manny will counter with his left. Not saying he's going to knock Cotto out necessarily, but he should definitely win this fight.
