Can you add more info to the info section like 1. what u printed the star desgin onto 2. what was in that plastic bottle 3. what were u drying 4. what ink u r using 5. what grade mesh 6. what that big light thing was 7. what are you brushing on the boards 8. what u used to fill the other areas u didnt want to get ink in 9. did u just cut the word with a cutting knife? thanks heaps i know its alot but i am trying to learn as i would like to start a small screen printing business of my own.
Drawing fluid is different from emulsion. Using drawing fluid in conjuction with screen filler is an alternative method of getting your artwork to screen. Emulsion is light sensitive and requires exposure to light with your art to transfer the art to screen. See my video, How To Screen Print: The process Explained.
That's two questions. The film in the printer is a special kind of acetate designed for screen printing (kimonec). You can also wipe a tiny amount of white spirit on to the ink on the film to darken it. Make sure it's totally dry before you expose the screen though. It's not always necessary but helps with complicated designs.
hi, cool video. I have one question. Is there a tracing paper in printer? And what is the chemical that you aply on that paper for making artwork darker? Thanx for answer. Bye.
did you just use regular paper to print out the image and transfer onto the emulsion?

looks like you can build a printing machine from two ceiling fans attached together; one to put the t-shirts on and one for the screen mesh.

@ElVerdugoDetusSuenoS, which paint?
in the beginning they use an ink blocking substance, a photo emulsion that hardens when exposed to ultra violet light.

Hello Magalymaria
It's called a printing carousel and is used for multi-colour screen prints onto T-shirts and other garments.
