i was at the Tyabb airshow today which Pip would normally perform at and i can say that I deeply missed him and i think most of the aviation fraternity that attended would agree with me... r.i.p... PIP we miss you Dearly. !!!
Hey im from shepparton to i used to see pip doing what he loved thats true on a sunday he get out on top of the bash i remember one year here come to spring nats and did some stuns... was good wonder who is going to run the shop now?????????
Sadly Pip died doing what he loved most.....flying. It was very sad to read that it was Pip who had died in the crash. I had not seen him for years, but always remember Pip. Now reunited with his dad, who also died in a plane crash (Tigermoth). Keep flying Pip.
VALE Pip. I met him once at Shep a few years ago. He was a friendly bloke willing to talk aircraft and aero's to anyone. You could tell he was very passionate about his flying. The only consolation is he died doing what he enjoyed.
This clip is actually an experiment, as it's the first time that have tried "composing" a complimentary background music track from short clips pasted to the edit timeline. If there are any "serious" electronic music composers out there, please forgive me for any errors :-), it takes an enormous amount of time to find the appropriate "snippet" then try to time it to the action..

I live in Shepparton, where Pip was based, and we used to often see him out practising on Sunday afternoons. RIP...
