No. You could do that if you wanted to. Since the phone is so old, the quality of the camera is quite bad compared to cheaper, new phones.

You are correct, sir. However you may want to look at the 700 or 750 Treos, the 650 is getting a bit old tech-wise...

The 750 is GSM. It may be at&t branded, but can be unlocked, or you could pay like $15 to unlock it with a "mom and pop" cell phone shop.
