Go to their website and read carefully. You will see that it is controlled but there is noone INSIDE the robot's body. It is controlled remotely. There is a huge difference between Titan and Asimo. Asimo is autonomous while Titan is not so of course it would be easier to create a remote controlled robot. Also just because more money is invested in one project doesnt mean it will turn out any better than a project with less funding.

Even if I didn't know for a fact that this was designed by an entertainment company that readily admits it is fake, it is still obvious to anyone with eyes and the desire to use them that it is a person in a suit.

@DarkMaroon2 Of COURSE there are electronics inside the suit. There has to be something to control the head, actuate the fingers, and play the sounds coming out of various places on the suit. Noone ever said that the Titan robot suit wasn't impressive, or that it doesn't have any advanced features from the world of robotics. The main issue is the locomotion. That is, there is absolutely a person in a suit moving this thing around. It is, in essence, a highly advanced puppet show.

I think this robot is not 100%. On other sites says that the robot weighs 47 kilos, but when he leaves the stand, he almost breaks it. When he stops, members who are not being used, they are moving. This occurs in humans and not on a machine with movements mathematically calculated by the processor. Yes it is a suit. Its quite good though. Take a clos look at the fine movement and wobbling. Look at how the body bends and flexs in the middle. Look at the soft fabric behind the knees. The same soft fabric in the armpits down to the elbow allowing the arms of a standard height person to reach into the lower arms of the suit. Its a lot easier to see close up but you can still make it out in the video.
