  • I always take giant leads, and I'm always safe. Risky, though.

  • you take a big step with your right foot, then left foot, and then right foot again. then you peak and take a few little steps. if you can then get back into the base without diving you need to take bigger steps.

  • my lead is almost half way to 2nd base and i can always get back if i hae too

  • I was taught that when you take a lead you with your left foot first, and you go around the bag not parallel with it.

  • tiny lead

  • U gave me an erection ejaculation

  • yes yu do shuffle your feet bro .when you shuffle always start with the right foor first cause if you start with the left then your feet come together and if the pitcher decides to pick you off then you will fall on your face towards the bag

  • so untrue. I've taken HUGE leads, and made it back w.o slideing or diving.

  • you can also do left right shuffle shuffle

  • if u can walk back to the base u dont have a big enough lead my lead from first is 8 steps off so i can dive back and get a in front of the bag wen u take ur lead it is an optical illusion for the pitcher it looks closer than it really is u can get 1 or 2 more steps and it will look the same but dive back its faster and u can get a bigger lead

  • OMG thank you so much. somebody that knows how to really do it. my coach tought me to do that and noone else does it.

  • what a great tip.. thanks playsportstv, i'm gonna try that
