A black hole could form a new universe by the speed of the matter in the disc (close to the "center", but there's no center!) going faster then the speed of light, breaking the laws of physics and "create" a whole different plane (dimension).
"Dark matter" is the remains of old black holes, still affecting our plane with its gravity but from a whole different plane.
