@airhead4423: Yes Jason and Kara wrote the song, and Kara gave it to Katharine for her "Unbroken" album. What I meant is Katharine owns the original recording of this song and everything that follows are just covers of it.

Katharine Mcphee sings this song and every other song on her CD AMAZINGLY!!! Kara's is also fantastic!! But in my opinion Didi's version is no comparison to these other two talented singers. It's a great song so let Kara & Katharine take the credit for it not someone who covered it , just ok.

This song was written for Katherine and she is the first to record it and the best. This her song, everyone else are just covers of this, including DiDi who has yet to complete Idol and do any full time recording. When Didi does, I hope she writes her own songs, or some one else write original songs for her to do.

First, kara has never officially recorded it in studio, this song was recorded in studio and I'm sure a computer gave it a lot of attention making it sound just right.

Second, Kara is not renowned as a singer. She is renowned as a song writer (much different than performing). She actually writes what everyone else sings. Yes, she can sing, but of course a person who focuses entirely on singing sings better than someone who only sings some of the time?
