@x0chrystinax0 No, he was making a "beurre blanc" which translates to white butter. The "water" was most likely white wine, really good basic sauce. By the way, last time I saw "white butter" it was after that night with that Tijuana hooker, and it wasn't coming out of the pan. That was the worst battle of crabs I ever had.
