  • wow! softcore porn! I hate MTV like this...so awkward to sing with your parents at family gatherings and THIS shows up!

  • The picture of this beautiful woman shows an example how beautiful and soft Taiwanese /Chinese woman are and there are everywhere. unlike the mostly rough and tough women elsewhere. :Long live Taiwan and China !!!

  • type in "Egyptian Reggae" and listen closely to th tonewood, not only chart music is sampled :)

  • does anyone know the name of this song?

  • Is there anybody who nows the name of this woman, she sing so nice and charming;)

  • good melodious. Thai freinds like this.

  • We were colonized by the Japanese for over 50 years.

And yes, we're chinese, we've got more traditional chinese culture than those commies across the strait

  • @Eragon537744 taiwanese and NOT part of china...its a REPUBLIC of chine..id est we are not part of china anymore

  • @s328169347

ya ok its not part of China...its just that Chinese ppl in 1949 happens to be able to go there, WHILE it wasn't part of China, and set up the government

  • why does taiwan people say they're japanese? wannabe japs! dumbass ya'll are chinese!

  • @soopaflychic like Eragon537744 said. We were colonized by the japanese for years, either thats what they were taught to say or they are part japanese.

  • @soopaflychic umm they dont...and i should know cause im half taiwanese...anyways what do u know?

  • i only come here to look at the chick LOL...oh man, i need some help....

By the way, the song here was sung in Taiwanese dialect, which is also known as Southern Min Dialect of Chinese. I wonder, if the original song was in Japanese. I really enjoyed listening to it! :-)

  • WHY TAIWANESE DON'T SPEAK TAIWANESE LANGUAGE INSTEAD OF MADARIN OF HAN CHINESE?

  • tw chicks are hot , yellow fever:)

  • Do you know about Cao Mei in Paris or something like that? Im been looking for it forever.

  • 0:48 he touched her boob :)

  • this is good as drugs

  • Nice music and video. Muy bueno! China must be an amazing place to visit!

  • @jdnieves Dude, dont get China and Taiwan confused!

  • @Fayjina How stupid of me! Sorry! But it should be wonderful to visit either one. And the food, mmm, must be fantastic! I need to win the lottery...

  • @jdnieves Haha Taiwan is not that expensive. No need for winning the lottery although that would be awesome. I think if you go during off peak season, tickets are like 800 roundtrip. I got a package deal to TW once where we stopped off in japan for 5 days and food and lodging was included for 1700! It was GREAT, u should try it!

  • @Fayjina Taiwan is still part of china same for HongKong even though they both like to consider themselves seperate

  • @n4sir804 I disagree. If that was the case, then why do Taiwanese people call themselves Taiwanese? Who is the one that is truly brain washed? Why is there a separate government and how much history of Taiwan do you know?

  • @Fayjina it is like the Falklands has its own government yet they are still technically part of GB..same for Taiwan. china has on many occasions threaten to dominate TW again...and are you calling me brain washed?. i have several friends that live there for years..have i been there no..but that surely doesnt mean anything.

  • @n4sir804 Why do we have our own culture and national anthem? What is the point of that? I would be lying to myself if i were to say that this matter hasnt been a controversial one for a very long time but you must recognize there are nations out there that DO believe that Taiwan, in fact, a country of its own and NOT a province or some shit of China. China wants to believe they own Taiwan but never truly having any control over what goes on in it.

  • i cant believe you just called Taiwan ROC? Whats wrong with you?

  • there are no such thing Hohhien , People in Amoy speak l close to Taiwanese, but people in Fuzhou speak differently. There have too many different languages(dialet) in Hokkien.

  • @aaalo2002

That's the funny part. SEA Chinese (Malaysian/Singaporean Chinese) call the language Hokkien (福建话). However, this language is not spoken in Hok (福州) nor in Kien (建州). Really silly name. It only reflects the ignorance of SEA Chinese about their own heritage.

  • The majority of people of Fujian heritage in Malaysia and Singapore speak either a mixture of the Quanzhou and Xiamen dialect or the Zhangzhou dialect. Since all these dialects are mutually understandable among the majority of the people of Fujian heritage in Malaysia/Singapore, they just decided to call it Hokkien for simplicity. Perhaps a more accurate term would be Minnan hua.

  • @tadpolenese

are you saying it's inappropriate for SEA Chinese to identify with their province of origin ?

What do you suggest they call themselves then ?

what about overseas Cantonese who call their language TongWa ( 唐话 ) ? Must we then ascertain whether it's truly the language of Tang ?

  • Chinese phonology has advanced quite a bit from B. Karlgren era (1889~1978). Look up also Middle Chinese lessons 中古漢語語音教程 by biopolyhedron here in YouTube. Neither Cantonese, Hakka, nor Hoklo are Tang dynasty official language. Hoklo is a term used already for hundreds of years by these people to call themselves, and documented in Western literature for about 200 years. No need to invent new terms. Respect people's endonyms, that's the best practice.

  • 10 million Singapore and Malaysian Chinese are ignorant, but YOU alone is knowledgable.

    Doesn't that tell you something?

  • @andressoh

That I am one in 10 million? Actually, it's more like I am one in 50 million (Hoklo speakers.) Please visit my tadpolenese website, and learn about the morphophonemic writing for this language, and the linguistics aspects of this language that you never knew. 10 million Singaporean and Malaysian have not achieved what I have achieved. Please, strive to be one in a million, not one of a million.

  • music has no barriers, good to know even our german friend love this song. Please keep politics out ok !!

  • thank you for the upload effort, it was awesome, indeed.

  • I would fish that girl in too. She enjoys the fishnet

  • Great song from the Republic of China! Thanks!

  • Martin Wan Yin Keo, i love you so much.

  • shut up

  • great song!

  • Taiwanese means Hokkien

  • taiwanese doesnt quite mean hokkien; it means the language(s) spoken in taiwan. it can mean mando too....the taiwan-style mando.

  • Yes , no picky , amigo ... tony lam quang !

  • do you know where is Hokkien?

  • Hokkien is a name of a province in China I think, but it's not a place, it's a language used in Taiwan (Taiwanese is same as Hokkien).

  • Hokkienese or Hokkien is a language spoke throughout China Fujian province.

  • @kenteio

Is this a joke? You seem so ignorant about Fujian. Do you even know what they speak in 福州 and 建州? Do you even known where 福州 and 建州 are?

  • I dont know maybe you should teach me one on one.

  • No cultural identity, nothing vulgar, Chinese culture can not learn from the West! ~

  • Great video !!!!!!!!!!

    Super voice! Nice! Great song!

    Greetings from Germany!

    Michael

  • Thanks, very refined indeed. It reflects the atmosphere of the good old days and a fine day at the beach. The polka part breaks the speed of the song, better it had to be skipped. But it was added to the song because the audience like all kind of novelties, I think.

  • HOT!! HOT!! HOTT!!!

  • This sounds like the Best oriental song I ever heard, it combines a polka beat with chinese melody, very beautiful.

  • im black, i have watched this video more than 20 times, so romantic and the song delicious. actually i was searching for "mei gui mei gui" old chinese song i heard when i was a little over 30 years ago in africa and i came across this song deep into my soul, though i don't speak chinese. thank you emanuel for sharing.

  • the song you look for may be "Rose, rose I love you".

  • the song is "rose, rose" translated! lol go look it up :D

  • ery67hbr7

  • it's great!!!!!! :D what's it called?

  • great song! Didn't understand anything, but as they say, music is a universal language.

  • @dwtt20 Amen to that. I grew up listening all kinds of English music, had no idea what I was listening to. Now I love anything that has a good rythm and harmony.

  • The above comment is for tsagaan which posted a stupid remark 4 months ago.

To other beautiful people, no offence intended.

  • ok that is good to hear, i thought you were one of those annoying people who posted all this type of crap on ppl's vids.

yes it is a japanese song, but in the 1950s to 1980s, taiwanese music was influenced heavily by japanese enka, and many enka tunes were translated into taiwanese or mandarin. it's unfair to say it's from taiwan, when its from japan.

  • omg thats a hot bitch!!! (i can say that because i 'm chinese!)

  • 0.o taiwanese?

  • very good.
