@crobertsUSCfan Um...Purke was offered 4 million and accepted it. MLB killed the deal b/c of the Rangers ownership situation. That is why he is a draft eligible sophomore.
i hope he makes the decision to come to carolina for three years he has a nice arm possible top 3 draft pick in the future if he comes.
