Its true that in a Emergancy Like Katrina they also released the non violent offenders i seen that as well. They simply dumped them on a overpass and left. The plans to terminate lifers phycotics is old. Prisoners who have commited violent crimes get an instant execution rather then an evacuation. As for it remaining here on youtube im just wondering how many will have their accounts suspended and vids pulled on this subject.
