You can do an air-reset for a mix up game so you can dish out a ton of damage instead. If you are confident with mind games this is the better choice.

Correct. Plus, a good amount of the time, a successful reset combo stuns the opponent, letting you finish them. You should only really link EX Tatsu to Otoshi if it will kill them.

Another very good Sakura. Although the hit after KO on the first round is uncalled for in a G1 match. Just an opinion.
