Bingo! You're right on the nose! This is what I'm talking about! It's a rare variant of the 1978 "Neon Mickey" logo before it was included on every Disney VHS tapes right up until 1986. I have the 1983 VHS of "The Cat From Outer Space" but mine is missing the red & blue FBI screens, the 1978 "Neon Mickey" logo and the first minutes of the film. That one was gone.

Was this particular logo sequence used on both "The Jungle Book" and "Pinocchio", both of which were reissued in 1978?
