Ive just watched it a few times in a row and i must say even though Simon is at fault its not really something to slate him about. Looks asif hitting the apex unsettled the car slighty and caused the car to understeer out left more than what he was expecting. S**t happens!

The 106 certainly should not have done anything different, the driver would have seen the faster cars coming and sensibly stayed out of the way - that corner is fast though, I have been on the grass on the exit on a couple of occasions, its easily done - it was a racing incident but maybe avoidable - these things happen in motorsport, no point flaming anyone - acheives nothing.

Looks to me like the Evo driver didn't see the 106 until he was on the grass, and because he took a good line for the corner if it was clear, he went straight into the 106. No-one is a fool in an accident like this, he didn't mean to do it, hence the meaning of the word "accident"

To the person blaming the Pug... you've gotta be kidding me! He was minding his own business when the Evo understeered into him. It is always the responsibility of the driver overtaking to make a SAFE pass, which was clearly not the case here.

In motorsport its simple. If you drive a car and it gets damaged you pay regardless of whose fault it was, including if a mechanic screwed up. The real issue here is that he hit the newly installed catch fence on the pit wall. If that wasnt there there could have been a serious accident. Also if any fault was to be placed, Norris was clearly passing the Pug.
