Lot's of world leaders are ex-presidents and PM's and they too go to jail. There's nothing remarkable about being a US president that provides exemptions to war crimes. Ask Rumsfeld...he fled France 1 year ago as agents were en route to arrest him. The ONLY way Bush is safe is if he remains in the USA. He will be arrested if he travels to Europe.
Rumsfeld thought he was above the law until we saw him running like a bitch. So much for that position.
