@silver2164 Magneto is powerless in this episode. I'm guessing Magneto is so accustomed to using his powers that without it, he's a little bit rusty in his hand-to-hand combat skills. Charles on the other hand, uses his mind all the time. He's a thinker, with or without his powers. The scenes we see him in from this video shows him doing things with quick thinking, then acting, to defend himself and Magneto. Magneto isn't weak, just out of practice :)
