Almost tastes like a really thin cheese pizza.

Maybe add toppings (i.e. Pepperoni, ham, etc.) or maybe a different type if cheese.

I love melted,burnt cheese, really do. But you state in your video you mention Cheezits being filled with trans fat, most of that fat comes from the cheese. I think you should mention to people about what kind of cheese to use to achieve this snack without trans fat.
