FYI, the volumes on my laptop AND on YouTube are all the way up. Can't hear anything. Too much unintelligible hissing sound mixed amongst the talking. It's not us, it's the video and it's quality. Take some free How-To courses online about how to make a web video and learn some humility.

I have everything turned up to max, including the volume for youtube, and I can't hear a bloody thing. Next time use equipment with better audio recording, that or stream to your computer (tv cards work wonders), and record from there (plenty of ripping programs). You'll get better sound and decent video quality.
