As another person on here said, the majority of people like that are trolls, and are mostly in the fandom just so they can troll. Granted, of course there is the part of the fandom that absolutely love the show, and for some reason can't grasp the fact that other people don't like it, but there are the same sort of people in every single fandom.

You just have to push aside the annoying fucks. It takes a while to dig in there, but you'll find the decent fans.
