Perhaps your video might be found easier by interested people if you publish it a second time (I have seen, that more videos are posted more times - perhaps with different publisher-names) with another headline,where the word "deepwater horizon" and something like "oil desaster" or similar is standing. Because then perhaps google lists it more easily when someone is surching with these terms.

I would find it good, if many people can whatch this video, it is clear and impressive.
