This does not surprise me. I was "hired in" to the TSA last Summer and then told I needed to go through extensive psychiatric testing to prove I completed transition, even though I have had SRS almost 5 years ago.

I said f$%* and did not complete the job placement process, I refused the psychiatric tests which I felt was over and above what they would have screened for any other employee and am still unemployed.

Nobody should have to have anybody feeling them up just to travel in the first place. This virtual strip search, or getting molested bullshit needs to go anyway. If someone didn't want Ms Yang to give a pat down, they have the right to refuse and request another TSA member do the procedure. I cant believe that in a modern work place, something that would have been more common in the 1940's is STILL happening today, this is just plain wrong.
