Father can manipulate any and all matter on a molecular level. Regenerate basically indefinably Pein wont stand a chance. All his paths would throw everything at him and it would just turn to dust. Unless hes fighting alchemists like ed and al who comprehend his powers, hes invincible. Pein would have no idea how to kill or even slow him down. Naruto's world is based on elements and father controls all of them completely.

It's fun? lol. It can't be helped. If someone likes series A and series B there will be comparisons. Plot, setting, characters, etc. Villains are cool so why not talk about them?

Father vs Pein does have potential, but I honestly think Father would win. If you include the 6 Paths then you would also include the homunculus, who are more than a match, plus the fact that it took some of the strongest and most renowned alchemists in Amestris to take down Father. I really don't think Pein would last too long.

Pride alone could take most of the Paths, especially if he were backed up by the others. Nagato would have to resort to the Rinnegan, though he wouldn't have the power to take all of their lives. If reviving just the ones who died in Pein's attack on Konoha exhausted Nagato then what would killing the millions in the Stone do?

Father had expended too much power fending off all the attacks against himself, leaving him drained. He went to absorb Ed, but when Al returned to his human body and gave Ed his arm back, it gave Ed the element of surprise to attack.

The best ones I've seen recently are Deadman Wonderland (manga's better though) and Ao no Exorcist; those can get you pumped and feel for characters. The fall season looks good too. Aaanyway, yeah, series like this don't come around very often but they always leave a mark :)
