Now, it means, "The sidewalk is uneven! I'm suing them!" They NEED to ban frivolous lawsuits. I don't care if the lawmakers don't want to. They owe it to the taxpayers.

Another one i believe is right, a woman who trip over her own son inside a supermarket sues the supermaket saying that the child trip her up, for crying out loud it her own frecking son that trip her up nobody else son her son.

It's up to a JURY to judge whether a lawsuit is frivolous or not. Most people have common sense and will not award ridiculous amounts.
