its a natural disaster, and those people need our help. Instead of pointing fingers at God, or government, or other people, lets all go and donate blood or something. Doing is better than talking. They are yelling our their names and time of the event btw, and one guy is yelling "I love you Jinan(assuming gf)"...Learn from them, some of us won't be as calm as they are during the same situations...
