Should i play or watch any of the previous resident Evil game for films to understand this one? I REALLY don't want to especially because the previous games do not appeal to be once so ever. I did however watch the First movie as well as Apocalypse. Is that good enough? I also don't really know any of the characters for any Resident Evil ever.

I love how this shit is going to be. "all surviving players must be at the next rally point to proceed." Dead players will be revived at next checkpoint. The revive system was sooooo lame during the E3 demos.... good thing that was only for demo purpose only. It's going to be a good feeling being the only one having survived the checkpoint.
