his musou is pretty much the reason why he's a tier lower. If he gets attacked from behind he can't turn sharp enough to attack, which is a huge setback. In dense crowds, it's very hard to keep up with the officer because there is so much other shit on the screen.

when ever i was playing with some1 on low teir, he was always the person to avoid on the shu team bcuz hes the one to always kill me.
