patriots suck. think about it, every team im guessing has videos of other teams, to study. but you don't get to see the signals! the patriots took a step far and decided to record the signals, suprised they didn't set up some kind of mic, but that would be hard due to the crowd. think about if they already have a library of signals from years past?

whats wrong with an asterisk? they still have the record, but it comes with a lil baggage. and like someone else mentioned, they have been warned about it before hand and finally got charges pulled up for it. i wouldnt be worried about the films though, id look to the refs with some of those close games they had. seems like whenever the pats start to crumble the refs are there to save them. hmm...

They did it with a longer season, tougher rules and better style. Yes they used a camera but it's like a holding call. they cheated in the 1st quarter of week one and then the tapes were immediately confiscated. they've since rolled off 13 straight wins cleanly (they could still lose btw). i dont like the pats that much but i'm sick of this stupid champagne celebration from something that happened 30 years ago.

You know, there's actually PROOF of every other teams involvement in rulebreaking of this type. Mangini admitted that he films from the end zone, which falls under the exact same rule as the Pats' case, and that EVERY TEAM GAVE HIM PERMISSION. So until there is a massive league overhaul, everyone has to stop assuming the Pats are cheaters. Besides, by league decision they didn't even cheat.

yeah, but the Patriots filmed the defensive signals of the opposing coordinator. That is clearly against the rules. They got warned the prior year. They are cheaters bruh. but yeah, alot of other teams are cheating as well. But they got caught, so fuck them.

yeah, but the other teams got caught too. The rule isn't filming defensive signals. It's filming on the field. If you're going to prosecute the Pats, you HAVE to give the same cheatment to every other team in the league because they broke the same rule.
