That crash into the railings straight after looked real painful. I can't quite work out what's going on after, the whole second half seems to descend into total chaos

The "chaos" you're talking about is actually the match being declared a draw not once...but three times because both Dynamite and Tiger Mask both grabbed the mic each time and demanded the match continue. After the third restart the ref finally said "fuck this" (not really) and ended it for good.
