damn i never would have thought of doing that. must have taken ages to figure that out. i can also see the artifact in this room but havent succeeded in getting it

i hav got 2 fuses but i dunno where the guns are :S can u explain it more plz

Go to the control tower; Put them in; Press the button (only one of the two - I'm pretty sure it's not the red one); And if you do it right the box will lower down and it will break the ceiling. Then, you can climb up, drop down through the broken ceiling, get the guns, shoot the windows, get out of the building and get back up :).

You need to find two fuses. By fuse I mean those pieces that either red, blue or green. Then you can use them in the control room and it will break the roof of the house in which the pistols are located in. I can do a video for you if it's still not clear :).
