The key to really treating diaper rash with diaper rash cream is to make sure to check the ingredients. The ONLY thing that makes the difference in the cream (aside from a parent's conscience as to what they put on their child) is the Zinc Oxide content. Children might be sensitive to what other ingredients are, but all are created equal if the zinc oxide content is similar. The rest is suggestive, at best.
