I just finished the novel yesterday but The Lost Symbol doesn't live upto to the expectations of the readers. Angels and Demons and Da Vinci Code is much more interesting. This book is kind of boreing in the end and I persoanly lost interest in the end

I have finished mine too. Took me 8 days to finish it. I agree, Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demon are better. I just take the book as it is, as most of Dan Brown's novel, this one is easy to read and entertaining.

Just one thing, Peter Solomon said the package was sealed by the ring of his Great Grand Father and later in the chapters it becomes Peter who sealed the package with his own 33* Masonic Ring. Just got confused.

I LOVE Dan Brown. He is genious! My favorite book of all times is Angels And Demons. It it soooo good!

I just bought The Lost Symbol yesterday and I began reading it. I am having some trouble understanding the english, because I am not so good at english, but the book seems really interesting from what i have read until now.

you dont have to warn people if there's truth in the book, its basically saying, I warn you, your taking a bite out of the apple of knowledge. I think Dan Brown puts facts and builds a story around the facts and so its not entirely fiction. I think you can't call the DaVinci code entirely fiction. Like in the Lost Symbol, the Washington streets are designed that way in real life, look on google Earth.

Great stories, I am a fan of Robert Langdon, and I am glad you can enjoy the books, and not lose faith. I am of no true faith, and like the questions the books pose, not saying any of it is true. But it is always good to questions things.

Mike, you should check out the comic book of Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Philip K. Dick. It's the book that Blade Runner was based on. It is pretty much the book in comic book form verbatim. So, you're reading the book and a comic at the same time. It's great. It's really heavy sci-fi though so be prepared.
