@d2781: Apart from zero muscles I had tendon problem at the wrists and the shoulder which does not allow me to practice ashtanga regularly. One solution would be to further practice and keep injuring the tendons, until the muscles strengthen, or to strengthen the muscles through other means.
the chatoranga position should not touch the floor. Doing push ups helps build strength in the arms to hold the position off the floor

@louisclaparols this wall is only a cheap comic imitation from a low class dance school in sidari. Our new studio is much nicer!

Yes, I find chatoranga very challenging! Upward dog is easier to improve!
