  • the chatoranga position should not touch the floor. Doing push ups helps build strength in the arms to hold the position off the floor

  • @d2781: Apart from zero muscles I had tendon problem at the wrists and the shoulder which does not allow me to practice ashtanga regularly. One solution would be to further practice and keep injuring the tendons, until the muscles strengthen, or to strengthen the muscles through other means.

  • you are very graceful :) it took me quite sometime working on my chatoranga :) and btw i love your wall

  • Thanks :), the wall is amazing, the studio is in our ballet school, so its happy for the children and for us too! :)

  • @louisclaparols this wall is only a cheap comic imitation from a low class dance school in sidari. Our new studio is much nicer!

  • I think she has to work on her chatoranga & Upward facing dog more:)

  • Yes, I find chatoranga very challenging! Upward dog is easier to improve!

  • @louisclaparols i think you know nothing about yoga. Our teacher is the best!
