  • LotR was revolutionary, true, but I like WoT better.

WoT and One Piece was two fictional things that almost made me who i'm right now.

Great fictional stories (fantasy novels, manga series, tv series & movies) are telling how life and people should be, not how they are. They improve our character qualities by implications of pure intentions and honourable ways of living.

  • @denizkendirci Well, I beg to differ on One Piece (while actually entertaining, it goes on and on, and is definitely not what I would consider the best example of what anime has to offer - if you think it is, I have at least a page long list of anime's you need to watch ;) I do understand and agree with your premise, but I might mention that WoT really doesn't show life as it -should be-, it actually displays a damaged world with damaged people and uncertain intentions- but Perrin might fit :)

  • @coroloro

hmm, i read a lot of manga (except joisei, i ve never read a joisei manga) and watch many different kinds of anime. but if you have a list for me, please feel free to send it via personal message on youtube. maybe there are some that i havent watched yet on that list and i'll be glad to try them out (probably i will enjoy watching them, too) but in the end i doubt that my opinion on one piece gonna change.

  • you wanna know the depth of the wheel of time, just think about over 1000 named characters.

  • If any writer in the future, ever manages to create something better or grander than WOT - I'm convinced it'd be Robert Jordan reborn.

  • Both great authors.

  • That is why Jordan is one of the truly great writers of out time!

  • I dont envy Brandon Sanderson, that much im sure of. Trying to takeover Jordans work must have been extremley exciting and even more daunting than anything he's ever done. So far he's doin pretty good tho.

  • Great video!

Ironically this is a foremost reason for the pros & cons of the WOT series. After I read the 3rd book I was convinced that the series should invite a open-pool of writers to continue a never-ending series of books in the WOT universe (I had a premonition he would die before completing the Karaethon cycle)...

  • @ronmamita Really a premonition???? I had one of those two about 2 min ago and it was about reading your stupid ass comment!!!! Congrats your a fucking moron!!!
