The effect should be that the stamp is wrong and i added a scratch and after that your rewind. But sadly it still sounded wierd cause the video is queit after the stamp and so a rewind sound doesnt feels right. (+had to stretch it about 10% and then it sounded wrong)

So i ended up using a simple woosh/swing sound and whiped the stamp away.
