DEP is harsh as FUCK

it sounds cliche and overstated but its true, it isnt for easy listening, it isnt radio friendly, but saying its talentless is false. BAD is an opinion. but there certainly is some talent behind what they do. it really is complicated as fuck to try to play what they play. bass, guitar and drums. You really have to enjoy the harsh, chaotic and and intense sounds to get into dillinger's music. At first i didnt like it but i started getting into chaos and now i dig it.

I think not a lot of people "get" Dillinger cause its music is way ahead of its time. It's futuristic in some way. I remember checking Miss Machine for the first time and putting it aside, and then, as the music sank in me, I picked it up again and haven't looked back since. One of the best albums out there. Not only fierce and powerful but also innovative, creative, hard to describe. It takes preparation though and openmindedness, things that are not common to most people

And when i foolishly listened to avenged sevenfold, they only play 'the same old generic metal formula' in every song. Also the difference in musical style between 43% Burnt and Black Bubblegum for example is huge, and the talent it takes to do that far surpasses anything avenged have to offer.
