This got famous in brasil its probably not originated from brasil but the brasilian version got more famous and brasilians speak portuguese ! so this is brazilian but its the portuguese language.
This is Portuguese - definitely not Portuguese do Brasil. If it is the accent from Portugal, Goa or wherever else the language is spoken natively, I cannot tell you. I just know "o sotaque brasileiro". Chora (pt) vs llora (es) should be more than enough to convince you of that.
I can also tell you that the "Lambada" was NOT originally brazilian. Disculpas do meu coracao. I first heard the song in spanish from Bolivia b4 the movie. Brazil knows how to take something and make it better. :)
@MusicaLatinaa Who was it that sang "Santo Santo" with So Pra Contariar? - Gloria Estefan??? There was a version in Portuguese... albeit very BAD Portuguese sang obviously be a spanish-speaking person...but still was Portuguese. I think this version of the song might fall in that same category.... a song sung by a person who does not natively speak the language.
of course thas portuguese.but the person who is singing isnt portuguese
